- Hope Stanger is an international Health Consultant, Speaker and Holistic Health Counselor who counsels clients to have empowered lives and extraordinary health. She is an expert in the field of raw,living and whole foods, integrative nutrition, eating disorders, abuse and trauma and holistic counseling. Hope created “Ecstatic Eating!™,” as a new model for how we can relate to our food. Hope teaches and speaks on the quantum physics of nutrition and how to utilize plant-based food and cleanses to heal and support the body on a core level. She counsels individuals, couples and groups worldwide. Hope has been asked to appear on radio and television programs in the areas of health, nutrition, business and entrepreneurial expertise.
